WHO WE ARE
Bar Processing Corporation is not a steel distributor. Instead, we process customer owned bar stock to precise specifications. As the largest independent processor of SBQ in the country, our advanced operations can be used to non-destructively test surface quality, provide carbon restoration, and meet close length and dimensional specifications.
Bar Processing Corporation operates as one company consisting of five manufacturing facilities in Michigan, Ohio, and Illinois, utilizing over 600,000 square feet. Each facility is equipped to provide a range of steel finishing services tailored to market needs strategically located in the Midwest.
Bar Processing Corporation is active throughout the steel bar and tube industries including but not limited to; Automotive, Nuclear, Military, Aerospace, Agricultural, Oil, Heavy Truck, Construction. Our customer base includes Mills, Distributors, OEM’s, Forgers, Grinding Houses, Machine Shops

Because our only business is processing steel, we are able to concentrate our efforts and our investment capital on being the premier processor in the industry. Our equipment is well maintained and continually upgraded to retain the most current technology.
